Agreement Terms

Non-Exclusive Research Agreement: By signing this agreement, you agree to collaborate with Dei Institute - Online University (DIOU) on research projects under the following terms:
  • Intellectual Property: Researchers retain ownership of their original contributions. DIOU is granted a non-exclusive license to use, publish, and distribute research outputs.
  • Publication Rights: Researchers may publish findings independently, provided DIOU is acknowledged as a collaborator.
  • Responsibilities: Researchers must adhere to DIOU’s research policies, including ethical guidelines and open-access sharing.
  • Compensation: No monetary compensation is provided unless specified in a separate contract. Benefits include access to resources, networking, and publication opportunities.
  • Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ written notice.
